Milliner: Ranking a good surprise

AuburnSports.com Millbrook (Ala.) Stanhope Elmore cornerback DeMarcus Milliner admits he was a little caught off guard last week when Rivals.com released the Rivals100 for the class of 2010.
The 6-foot, 180-pounder found himself ranked the No. 30 overall prospect in the country, the state's highest ranked prospect and the nation's second-highest rated cornerback.
"That's great. I'm proud and it feels really good," said Milliner. "I was surprised. I didn't think people thought I was the best player in the state of Alabama. I didn't know people thought I was that good in the whole country.
"It was a surprise, but a good surprise."
