Tuesday's practice crisp
For the seniors, Saturday will be the last time they will play in the Rose Bowl as UCLA Bruins. It appears that the whole team understands this and really put forth a good effort on Tuesday. It also helps the focus for a young team to also have bowl game ramifications on the line. Everything is that much more important.
As always UCLA head coach, Rick Neuheisel spoke to the media after practice.
Neuheisel: "Very pleased with the practice. It was crisp, the kids were into it all around - offense, defense, scouts, special teams. It was a complete practice and it's exactly what you need if you're going to play your best football at the end of the season. Now, the challenge is to do it tomorrow. Not take it for granted, but to make sure we have the same kind of effort and focus tomorrow and if we can that will be a gr3eat start to the week."
